MODIFICATION REQUESTS

Before any modification or decoration to a residence is started, a completed “MODIFICATION” form must be submitted to Argus Property Management to begin the process of approval.

When completing your request please include as many details as you can to describe what you will be adding, eliminating, changing or modifying to your home or property. Upload up to 3 attachments, with each file being less than 5 MB.

Please allow this process to take up to 45 days from the submission date. In most cases it will take less than 30 days.
